Notions from the Northeast
I didn’t get my letter, now what?
First, please check your shipping address and make sure it is correct! If you live in an apartment with other people, make sure your name is posted on the inside of the mailbox, especially if you have recently moved. Also ask a family member if they happened to bring it inside.
Since The Pineland Post is sent untracked via. Stamp postage, it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (6 for international addresses). Email me at hello@thepinelandpost.com and I will make it right! I can either re-send the letter, give you additional credit for a free month, or refund you for the month. Part of the beauty of a letter club is the pace. It’s something you get to anticipate, and the reward is in the waiting! If you have not received your mail by the end of the month (US addresses only), please email me.
What if I need to cancel or change my address/billing information?
Email me at hello@thepinelandpost.com and I will end your subscription or change your address. Make sure to email me before the posting date of your batch so I can adjust your shipping address, payment, or subscription before that month’s cutoff!
If you are cancelling, the last cycle you were billed for is the last letter you will receive. So, if you cancel after you were billed for a month, you will receive that month’s letter and then none further.
When will I get my letter?
US-based members typically receive The Pineland Post within 3-11 days of sending, and international members should receive their post in 2-6 weeks. If you register before the batch has posted, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you register after the batch has posted, your first letter will arrive the following month. Can’t wait for next month? At checkout you can purchase the previous month’s post at a discounted price, and you will receive both the month you registered, and the current month’s post.
What’s Inside?
-A5 Print (Printed on cotton rag, not postcard paper)
-A few (2-3) waterproof vinyl stickers
-A curated poem card/bookmark
– And most importantly: The Pineland Post, detailing notes from northeastern ecology, seasonal reminders, a snippet of good news from around the world, a note from the illustrator, and more.
